This 1996 Ferrari F355 Spider is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 paired with a gated six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential, and it is finished in Rosso Corsa over tan leather. Features include a black convertible soft top, 18? five-spoke wheels, pop-up headlights, automatic climate control, bolstered bucket seats, and an aftermarket Bluetooth module paired with a McIntosh amplifier and Focal speakers. The car has spent its life in Virginia, Florida, and Ohio, and it was acquired in October 2011 by the seller, who has since added approximately 6k of the 27k miles shown. The battery was replaced in preparation for the sale. This F355 is now offered with the ownerâs manual, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Ohio title in the sellerâs name.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa and features a black convertible soft top as well as pop-up headlights, integrated fog lights, tinted windows, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. Clear paint-protection film has been applied to the nose and mirror caps. Imperfections include paint chips near the right-rear corner of the engine lid, scratches near the left-rear wheel well, and a tear in the convertible top.

The 18? five-spoke wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over vented discs at each corner.

The sport seats are trimmed in tan Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and the lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include automatic climate control, and drilled aluminum pedals. The seller notes that sticky buttons have been refinished, and the stereo was removed. An aftermarket Bluetooth module has been wired to the McIntosh amplifier, and the cabin features Focal speakers.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 27k miles, approximately 6k of which were added under current ownership. The seller recommends repairing the instrument cluster upholstery.

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. The seller reports that an engine-out belt service is scheduled for completion the week of June 6, 2022, and the battery was replaced in preparation for the sale. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists registration history in Virginia, Florida, and Ohio.

This Spider was sold new from Ferrari of San Francisco on 12/22/98 to a gentleman in Newport Beach, CA.  Over the next 14 years, the Ferrari would be enjoyed in Newport and serviced accordingly…covering just over 13,000 miles during this first ownership.  The next 12 years the 355 entered the diverse collection of a Newport gentleman and it would only accrue another 600+ miles over this time, today showing 13,665 miles and it just had its major service including timing belts completed.  A true 2-owner California Ferrari from new with very low miles and just coming to us from a discreet local collection.
