Rapper 50 Cent just wants to get rid of his costly 53-room mega-mansion in Farmington and he has lowered the price again. He has dropped the price on the 37 bathroom/19 bedroom estate to $9.9 million.

This is the third time the rap star, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, has lowered the price on the place he bought for $4.1 million from fighter Mike Tyson . Since putting it up for sale four years ago, 50 Cent has periodically dropped the asking price which began at $18. 5 million and had most recently been lowered to $10.9 million. The property, listed by William Raveis Real Estate, is being billed as a "presitigious home," and is advertised with duPont REGISTRY.
The 50,000-square-foot mansion is on 17 acres and includes a gym, billiard rooms, racquetball courts and a disco with a "dancing room" featuring stripper poles. 50 Cent reportedly spent millions on improvements to the estate that was originally built by swindler Benjamin Sisti.

A few weeks ago two burglars were discovered by police hiding inside the Poplar Hill Drive residence. There have also been reports that Patriots quarterback Tom Brady had taken a look at the property recently.
