Lamborghini has just completed putting the finishing touches on its 4,000th Murciélago model, which just happens to be one of the 350 Murciélago LP670-4 SVs planned for existence, since it was introduced back in 2001 (yes, it has been nine years). In comparison, the Lamborghini Diablo, the predecessor to the Murciélago, was in production for 11 years and a total of 2,900 units were produced. Despite the Murciélago’s high sales, it pales in comparison to the Gallardo, which has sold nearly 10,000 units since production began in 2003. This particular Murciélago unit is headed for China.
