As such, the odometer and trip-meter record in kilometers, despite the MPH face dial which was added during federalization to meet DOT approval , as such the current reading shows 77,672 klm TMU. This car retains its factory original exhaust system, which does NOT include catalytic converters.  As such, it is currently registered in MT and can NOT be sold in California.  Ferrari of Beverly Hills is happy to offer this meticulously maintained 1984 Ferrari 512BBi.  On consignment with us from an avid Ferrari collector this 512BBi was among the very last Berlinetta Boxers produced by Ferrari and one of very few "Zegna" editions produced in 1984 (consisting of virgin wool inserts in seats and inner door panels). The car has had some restoration, including seats and door panels redone with new inserts,  new paint maintaining its correct born with colors in 2022.  Also a MSD 6AL ignition box was added replacing the original Dinoplex unit. It comes with factory, tools, and maintenance records. Power comes from a 4.9-liter flat-12 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Features include Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection, metric-sized Cromodora wheels, power windows, air conditioning, a gated shifter, a leather-wrapped MOMO steering wheel, and a Pioneer cassette stereo with a graphic equalizer.   This car chassis #52271 was federalized by Dick Fritz of AmeriSpec who sold it to one of its earlier custodians (from upstate NY) in 1995. It was then sold in July 2003 and during this time, its reported the car has received several complete engine out services by well known and respected Ferrari specialists.  The current owner has owned this BB since 2015 and most recently work performed by Fast Cars in Torrance CA.  This is a very strong, turnkey Boxer that is an exhilarating drive. The sale also includes a specially made tool for removal of center knockoff wheels, along with its torque wrench and custom floormats.
