1993 Porsche 911 Carrera 2

1993 Carrera 2
94,XXX miles
Guards red/Indischrot(code 80K)
Black leather interior
Manual transmission
3.6 liter aircooled Flat 6 motor

Maintenance records back to 1996.
Comes with 1 normal key and a small spare.
Will come with new service before delivery.
Has original spare wheel and tool kit in trunk.

When I purchased the car:
The rear suspension was sagging and the clutch was almost gone.
On the inspection I had done post-purchase by Vortex Motorsport they said the brake calipers were on the wrong sides and upside down. This was not caught by Porsche of Huntsville during the PPI I had done. The calipers are now on the correct sides and the brake lines have been changed.
The wheel speed sensor for the corner that the speedometer is connected to was faulty. The connection had some corrosion and it was making the speedometer show 0mph and the ABS not work. The corrosion was cleaned out by Vortex and now everything works without a hiccup.

Modifications:
Bilstein PSS10 coilover suspension(installed by Vortex Motorsport)
Fabspeed exhaust(installed under previous ownership)
Upgraded clutch(Performed by Vortex Motorsport)
Air conditioning converted to R134a(installed under previous ownership)

The pros
The car is a good runner, I would not hesitate to take it on a trip or long drive.
The shop owner who performed the inspection after I purchased the car said that it was one of the nicest, well put together 964 that he had seen in recent times(Bob at Vortex Motorsport in Tampa, FL)
Clutch bites well, steering is correct and the motor revs easily.
Interior is in excellent condition(no rips, tears or holes in seats or carpet)
No rust to speak of anywhere on the car even though it was a New Hampshire car from 1996 to 2011.
The paint is overall in good condition.

The cons(full disclosure)
A/C makes a squeaking noise over bumps and on certain settings(max setting never squeaks and lowest setting is intermittent and gets worse over bumps)
Idle is somewhat erratic, will rev between 400-1,100rpm
A couple small dents on passenger side door and paint chips(it is a 26 year old car)
Passenger door speaker works intermittently.
Handbrake alone is sometimes insufficient when parked on an incline.
Oil level gauge does not come up to where the oil is in the car, I regularly check the dipstick and the oil level is far above where the gauge says it is.
