This 2000 Plymouth Prowler has averaged less than 1k miles annually, so you know it only came out of the garage for special occasions. Chrysler wanted Plymouth to have a halo car, and they spent big on expensive panels and a hand-finished production. This car was the era of Daimler-Chrysler, and how this Plymouth was made seems to have more in common with a Mercedes-Benz in build quality.
