Prestige Imports|Pagani of Miami is honored to present this 2022 Pagani Huayra Roadster BC. The specific Roadster BC is named Quaranta, which is Italy for 40, as this RBC is the final 40th-of-40 car ever made. In Roadster BC trim, this Huayra trim's moniker are a tribute to the late Benny Caiola, a car collector who holds the distinction of being Pagani's very first customer. Specially designed Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires wrap 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels in front and 21-inch rims in the rear. The Huayra Roadster BC comes standard with lower-body aero elements and a massive wing, and Pagani claims these features work hand in hand to produce a maximum of 1102 pounds of downforce at 174 mph. All models are equipped with a titanium exhaust that directs exhaust gases to the functional diffuser, much like the blown diffusers of Formula 1. A twin-turbocharged V-12 lives in the middle of the car. Sourced from Mercedes-AMG , this engine generates 791 horsepower and 775 lb-ft of torque. A seven-speed single-clutch automatic sends power to the rear wheels. Pagani notes that this single-clutch setup is lighter than a dual-clutch transmission. Speaking of weight, the Huayra BC is relatively svelte, tipping the scales at about 2755 pounds. Given the engine's output, we weren't surprised when it leapt to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds at our test track. According to Pagani the roadster can generate up to 1.9 g's of continuous lateral acceleration when taken through a corner, with peaks of up to 2.2 g's. Carbon-ceramic Brembo brakes are on hand to quickly bring this hypercar to a standstill.

2014 Pagani Huayra Tempesta For SaleAfter its delivery, the car was fitted with Pagani's Tempesta package. As a package available to be fitted to existing Huayras, it offered a number of upgrades to address aerodynamics and weight-savings in an effort to provide even greater performance. The packages offer a completely new underbody for the car, along with a front splitter and rear diffuser, offering even greater downforce. To cope with this additional downforce, new four-way adjustable Ohlins shock absorbers are fitted as well. New wheels are fitted, 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear. Made of aeronautic-grade aluminum alloy, weight is reduced by 1.1 kilograms for the front wheels and 2.5 for the back while remaining just as strong as the originals. Finally, the Tempesta package includes a new exhaust system made completely of titanium, which weighs just seven kilograms, three kilograms lighter than the standard exhaust.This only seeks to add to the Huayras exceptional performance. With a 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-12 sourced from Mercedes-AMG, the engine is capable of producing 720 brake horsepower and an incredible 1,000 Newton-meters of torque. Further to the aerodynamics offered by the Tempesta package, the Huayra utilizes active aerodynamics in the form of four independently operating flaps placed on each corner of the car. Controlled by the cars computer, these flaps can instantly adjust to reduce drag, offer additional downforce, or rein in body roll depending on the cars speed, lateral acceleration, steering angle, and throttle position.Well looked-after since day one, this Huayra has been carefully used and enjoyed, as evidenced by its flawless condition both inside and out, having been driven just 907 miles from new.
