This vehicle is being sold at the Glendale 2023 as Lot No. W131. - 4 year comprehensive restoration by JBugs in California with 550 miles since completion and the process documented in over 90 videos on their YouTube channel- 1800cc air-cooled horizontally-opposed 4-cylinder engine - 4-speed Pro Street Flyer transmission rebuilt by Wright Gear Box with EMPI Billet Plus shifter and urethane mounts- Original dual relief case which was line bored .020 over and the thrust was machined to clean up the worn surface- Counterweighted 74mm crankshaft, I-beam rods and thick wall 88mm pistons- GTV-2 Dual Port heads with 40x35.5mm valves, a competition valve job and dual springs- Stock cam, 30mm billet lifters, chromoly push rods and 1.4:1 ratio rockers- 38EGAS 2-barrel carburetor from EMPI- Pertronix Ignitor 3 SVDA distributor and 45K volt coil- Modern-style serpentine belt system for the 90 amp chrome alternator and original cooling fan- 26mm oil pump with external oil cooler with thermostatically controlled fans in the fender well- Ceramic-coated 2-tip GT muffler and racing heater boxes with custom steel flared tail pipe cut outs in the apron- Original engine tins have been color-matched to the body- Anthracite Gray powdercoated 17x7 BBS Sport Classic wheels with 5x130 bolt pattern from a Porsche 986 with custom hub-centric wheel adapters- 205/40R17 Ohtsu tires - 4-wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors- Lowered suspension with color-matched adjustable struts and springs- Satin Black Nutech running boards- Glasurit 22 Line Laguna Seca Blue paint- Rust was repaired, new floor pans were welded in and the pan was coated in epoxy rust treatment- The top was painted and the bottom coated in paintable undercoating- Two-tone Saddle leatherette and Whiskey unisuede interior with custom TMI Pro-Series seats and matching rear upholstery- Unisuede headliner over foam padding and HushMat sound deadener as well as sound deadener under the Black loop carpet, doors and quarter panels- Rare genuine Kamei front air dam- Color-matched front turn signal bumper, trim including headlight trim rings, handles and custom mirrors- Window scrapers and vent wing assemblies were Blacked out- Shaved antenna, body mouldings and fender turn signals- Front strut tower brace, gas hood struts and electric-powered windshield washer bottle reservoir- Functional 2-speed fan motor- Original-style trunk liner hides a modern ATC fuse box, the defroster, fresh air and heater hoses- Volante Black Ash wood steering wheel with an original-style padded dash- Billet pedals- VDO gauge set, LED warning lights and indicators and a USA740 Custom Autosound Bluetooth radio- Rear speaker deck with two Kicker speakers with 12 inch Kicker subwoofer hidden underneath as well as Kicker speakers in the front kick panels- Two Kicker amplifiers, a Key200.4 with built in equalizer and Key500.1
