Used Jaguar F-Type Project 7 For Sale
The F Type Project 7 for sale is Jaguar’s most powerful production vehicle ever built. Only 250 2016 Jaguar F Type Project 7 collectors’ edition, two-seater open-top sports cars were manufactured. Of that limited run, only 50 were slated for the American market, making the Project 7 an extremely rare find and justifying the Project 7 price. The Project 7, aptly named to allude to Jaguar's seven 24-hour LeMans victories, was designed by Jaguar's Special Vehicle Operations team. It was released in 2016 as a limited edition of the Jaguar F-Type. The Project 7 is the fastest and most potent Jaguar yet, climbing to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds and topping out at a blistering 186 mph.
The Project 7 shares many base features with the F-Type convertible but makes a clear, thrilling departure from it. At its core, the Project 7 harkens back to the Jaguar D-type that bagged three of those LeMans wins, sporting a unique ‘aero hunch’ behind the driver’s head and sleek, flowing lines to evoke that image. Tasteful racing stripes and roundels uniquely accent the Project 7 and tie it to its proud racing legacy. The cozy cockpit is outfitted in beautiful diamond stitch leather upholstery.
The Jaguar Project 7 for sale has a lightweight aluminum body and the sleek iconic appeal of the F-Type with the addition of a fierce quad-exhaust and a fixed rear spoiler. The Project 7 boasts a tremendous 5.0L supercharged V-8 engine capable of generating a maximum power output of 575 horsepower and drift-happy rear-wheel-drive to complement the aggressive exterior styling.
As only a handful of these striking vehicles were produced, a used Jaguar Project 7 is very hard to come by. Prized examples come with the traditional snap-on rain fly and with a coordinating helmet, often in stunning British Racing Green.
