We bought our fully restored Datsun 240Z in Europe in 2018.  The car was delivered to us in Italy, and we drove it for the Raid del Etna rally, then shipped back to US.

If you follow the Instagram link, and read Gusztav’s website, you will see the level of perfection and attention to detail that this unique and talented restoration company puts their cars through.  They quite literally re-build these cars in every aspect.

We originally thought we would sell the car after the rally, but enjoyed the car so much that we shipped it back to the US.  Since that time, all regular maintenance has been completed exclusively by an expert local mechanic, Precision-Z in Canoga Park.

Rebuilt with an overbore, flat-top pistons, and mated to 280ZX heads. Dual SU carbs, a custom fresh air intake, and an aluminum radiator keep it breathing deep and running cool. The power flows through a rebuilt 280Z 5-speed manual trans and rear end, both ready to handle whatever you throw at them. Eibach springs, KYB struts, Energy Suspension bushings, upgraded sway bars, and coilovers ensure this Z corners like it's on rails. And when it's time to rein it in, the Toyota 4x4 pickup twin-piston calipers up front and power drums out back have your back.
