2024 Sport Edition Supercharged 700HP and 800HP Yukon and Yukon XL2024 Sport Edition Supercharged 700HP and 800HP Yukon and Yukon XLThe powerhouse engine and supercharger assembly on our 2024 Sport Edition Yukon delivers 700HP (5.3L) and 800HP (6.2L) and represents the latest in state-of-the-art performance engine technology. It features a blueprinted aluminum block, race-quality computer-balanced rotating assembly, including forged 1538MV twisted steel crankshaft and forged aluminum pistons, upgraded cylinder heads, and our own high-output supercharger assembly. Custom stainless steel exhaust system is included (requires factory dual exhaust system).

As a consequence of using positive displacement superchargers as a power adder, you can have drivability issues under normal driving conditions. Since the power comes on like an “on/off” switch, it makes it difficult to control power demand in situations where you do not want maximum acceleration and can be unpleasant to drive. We solved this problem with our Boost-By-Wire™ Control System, eliminating the problem completely. The system we’ve developed works very simply; the more you press the accelerator pedal, the more boost your supercharger will produce. You still get all the neck-snapping instant power from the positive displacement supercharger, but it is now controlled with your foot as you need it and makes the vehicle much more pleasant to drive.
