As we come closer to releasing our 16th Anniversary issue, we also celebrate one particular Realtor/Broker who has been a client of ours since the inception of our Homes magazine: Lee Ann Canaday of the Canaday Group in Orange County, California.

As a licensed Broker and licensed Realtor, Lee Ann has over 25 years of experience when it comes to real estate and is a multi-million dollar producer. She has sold over 1,000 homes and is regularly asked by the duPont REGISTRY A Buyers Gallery of Fine Homes for her expert opinion on waterfront homes in California.

Lee Ann is the recipient of many awards - which are clearly well-deserved - including the Broker/Agent of the Month by Broker Magazine, Largest Sales Price and Top Team, Top 10 REALTOR in the Country, Number One in Orange County, among others.

Lee Ann also has her own television show, "Canaday Estates on Video", which features listings from her company, tools for buyers and sellers, as well as handy advice for agents. The show is the fifth most-watched television show on the Cox Cable Network in Orange County.
