Tiger Woods Luxury Home Workout Center

By Jeff Lichtenstein from jeffrealty.com

Why join the Y when you have a virtual state-of-the-art training facility that you would expect to see at Florida State University!

Besides Tiger Woods’ personal golf course , the outdoor exercise and training facility has a monster 100-foot length swimming pool, separate 60-foot diving pool, and of course, the spa. The separate swimming pools alone run an unheard of 160 feet, or the entire width of the house. Add a full tennis/basketball court plus training track facility to the Aqua Complex and personal golf course and Tiger has his own mini Olympic Village. This doesn’t even include the inside workout facilities.

Typically on large Jupiter Island estate homes one would see waterfall resort-style stone pools with lots of freeform space for lounge chairs and entertaining. These luxury pools are built with the Intracoastal or Atlantic Ocean view right behind them. Tiger’s deck is built with practically no space to lay out or entertain. The view is of his own golf course with the Intracoastal practically a mile away. This backyard was clearly built for professional training and Tiger didn’t waste any space. The only question is where to put the jungle gym for the kids!

As residents of Jupiter, we can tell you that Tiger has never been seen anywhere, not in the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens , not in any restaurants golf courses or even at the Bears Club .  One only assumes Tiger is working on his game 24-7.  Everyone loves a comeback story and many are cheering for Tiger to return to the top and break the Jack Nicklaus record of 18 major championships and winning all 4 majors in the same year.  Grueling hard work is a Tiger trademark and hopefully his new practice golf course and sports complex will catapult his way back to the top.

Construction Finished on Jeter's Luxury Mansion, Tampa, Florida

Shared from Tampa Bay Online.

TAMPA - After more than a year in the making, the House That Derek Jeter Built, the biggest home in Hillsborough County, is finished.

On Wednesday, Tampa's building department issued a certificate of occupancy for the famed Yankee shortstop who calls Tampa his permanent home.

The $7.7 million house dwarfs surrounding homes on Bahama Circle in Davis Islands. Construction began on the 30,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom, nine-bath mansion early last year. Jeter bought up the adjacent lots on which the home sits for $7.7 million in 2005 and 2006.

The mansion is nearly the size of a Best Buy electronics store and currently is the biggest house, square-footage-wise, in the county.

Jeter is in town this week for his charity golf tournament, but it was unknown if he's staying at the new waterfront home or if he's staying in his quaint $1 million home in Avila.

LeBron James buys $9M Luxury Mansion in Coconut Grove, Florida

BY NICOLE CARTER from NYDailyNews.com

LeBron James has reportedly just bought a mansion in Coconut Grove, Fla., for $9 million.  The new Miami Heat hotshot got his money's worth too: the home is a massive 12,000 square feet, reports the Miami Herald, and has six bedrooms, a wine cellar, library, home theater and guest house.

And don't forget the waterfront view from every room. And the swanky infinity pool next to the parking spots for two 60-foot yachts.  This may come as quite a sting to New York real estate brokers, as when the free agent was rumored to be joining the New York Knicks, he reportedly took a tour of N.Y.C.'s finest homes.

The former Cleveland Cavalier looked at a $13 million townhouse in Greenwich Village (which used to belong to Billy Joel)  and perused a $14.95 million pad in Columbus Circle earlier this year, according to reports.
