The Audi TT Quattro Roadster is a small convertible that has all-wheel drive. The Audi TT came out in 1999 and was immediately praised for it gorgeous styling. The Audi TT was originally available with a 1.8L I-4 turbocharged to 180 horsepower or an optional 225 horsepower. The TT came in both all-wheel drive, or Quattro, and front wheel drive format. In 2003, Audi introduced a VR6 engine producing 250 horsepower and coupled to the first production auto’s dual clutch transmission.
The second generation Audi TT was introduced in 2006. The new TT was gained a more grown-up look over the original TT. It again is available in front or all-wheel drive. The car either came with a 2.0L I-4 turbocharged to 200 horsepower or the 3.2L V-6 developing 250 horsepower. Like the 50th Anniversary Corvette, the Audi TT became available with a Magnetic Ride suspension, which adjusts its softness depending on road conditions.
