1963 ROLLS-ROYCE SILVER CLOUD III LONG WHEELBASE JAMES YOUNG DESIGN SCT100 Baby Phantom Alloy Bodied Touring Saloon  #LCAL17 The second of only 7 left drives built to this configuration from 1*number in the description*, only two of which were supplied with individual front seating rather than divider partitions. HISTORY: The very comprehensive factory  coachbuilder records show William Harrah as the first owner.  Mr. Harrah was a pioneer automobile enthusiast who established a fantastic 3,000+ car museum at his hotel  casino facility in Reno, Nevada.  He also owned Modern Classic Motors, the Rolls-Royce  Ferrari distributorship for that area of the US. LCAL17 was delivered to Mr. Harrah on 7 November, 1962 finished in two shades of Grey with Blue-Grey Cord broadcloth (rather than leather) interior.   It was part of Mr. Harrah's legendary stable of Rolls-Royces until its resale a few years later to a well-known celebrity entertainer  personal friend of his (name upon request) who reportedly admired the color layout used for 5LVF129, a 6,500+ mile 1967 James Young PV16 Formal Limousine displayed in the museum.  This car was refinished to his order in the same Mercer Brown TN927 lacquer with VM859 Chestnut Connolly hides.This never damaged specimen remained in his collection until late 2013 when it was purchased through an agent by ourselves  supplied to its third careful owner after we carefully prepared it to show standards per the request of that gentleman, a long-time client and friend of ours. The odometer reading at that time was 96,369. Traded back to us against a James Young PV23 Touring Limousine, it has traveled only 861 miles since.  The dated Mercer Brown exterior has been freshly re-lacquered in Antelope over Garnet, an especially elegant color layout of the era.   The effectiveness of the original limousine specification air conditioning  engine cooling systems have since been dramatically increased by ourselves utilizing more modern technology. The Walnut Burl veneers since refinished at our facility are of a particularly beautiful pattern.The Blaupunkt AM-FM radio  glovebox door mounted altimeter shown were part of the original specification. This spectacular performer is by far the finest (and perhaps the only) left drive SCT100 available anywhere in the world.  We have thoroughly reviewed and serviced and this delightful performer for the enjoyment of its next owner.    *** RECENT PRICE ADJUSTMENT ***

This extraordinarily well-maintained South Florida delivered example has traveled 27,245 miles since first supplied to Palm Beach, Florida on September 9th, 1995, an average of 1,135 well-serviced miles per year. There are no accidents or any other undisclosed mishaps in its impressive pedigree. The original window sticker and delivery documents remain with the vehicle along with complete books and tools.

This special example is featured in Davide Bassoli's authoritative reference on the Silver Cloud, Every Cloud has a Silver Lining. Tastefully finished in period correct Pacific Green lacquer with complementary Green Connolly hides and equipped with upgraded correctly ducted air conditioning, this delightful performer is deserving of inclusion in anyone's stable.  Correct handbook and tools accompany the vehicle.

One of three 14" extended wheelbase touring limousines supplied to North America 1*number in the description* elegantly finished in Black Sapphire with A4552 Champagne hides piped Navy Blue, this meticulously prepared and maintained example is as close to new in every respect as anyone could reasonably expect a 24 year old automobile to be.    The most recent owners detailed service records are available for inspection.As far as can be determined it is the only one of its kind currently available for purchase anywhere.

Finished in the most elegant combination of Masons Black with Red Connolly hides this undamaged example was originally supplied to a noted royal family member (name upon request) for use in Europe, particularly along the Riviera. Its documented pedigree with our company dates back to October 1988.We believe this to be the finest example currently available.

Continental R

This truly exciting performer, #12 of 18 very special factory hot rods built for the 2001 model year only, this unmarked example is elegantly finished in Black with Cream hides piped Black. Each of the 18 was specially commissioned and optioned to suit. This example was supplied with veneer surrounds to the seat controls, veneer door panels, embroidered wing B logos to the headrests, color-keyed steering wheel column and airbag cover, black exterior badging, chrome alloy wheels, personalized tread plates, stainless headlamp surrounds, polished exterior mirror caps, car cover, twin Bentley umbrellas to the inside trunk lid and battery tender, genuine twin exhaust system and more, all of which have survived. Recently reacquired from the meticulous gentleman to whom we supplied it in 2010 at 16,981 miles, we believe this 18,771 mile example is by far the finest of necessarily few examples available.

A never damaged automobile in extraordinary order throughout finished Masons Black with duo-tone Black and Maroon hides complimented by chrome alloy wheels and optional stainless steel dashboard and door sill inserts, this superb example has traveled only 21,516 miles since first delivered to Los Angeles, California.Its pedigree does include residence in the collection of a celebrated Hollywood film personage (name upon request). 

 1957/58 BENTLEY S-1 CONTINENTAL Park Ward Design 872 Sports Coupe  Paris Show Car the First of Eleven Left Drives built.  73,183 km (45,739 miles) believed correct. This delightful performer was equipped from new with the final specification large valve, large carburetor engine, power steering, dual master cylinder braking system, heavier rear axle shafts and more.  Authentic air conditioning for the period has been fitted. Its efficiency and that of the cooling system have been upgraded using technology unavailable a half century ago. The factory record tells us that this was the 1957 Paris Salon Car.  It was originally delivered on September 24, 1957 to Leon Paulet, Esq. at 5 Square Stalingrad, Marseille, France.  Mr. Paulet was an engineer whose firm was founded in 1913 to supply arms and precision machine tools and in 1919 graduated to manufacturing components for automobiles. In 1921 they revealed a chassis of their own. The Leon Paulet Type 6AB was a large, formal automobile based upon a Hispano-Suiza design. Very few were made before cessation of the project in 1927. Still titled in France to an original family member the vehicle was acquired by us from a noted Belgian trader in December 2007 in virtually original condition throughout aside from a poor respray to the side panels. The absence of wear to certain indicators and the advanced age of the original owner would tend to confirm that the 67,000+ kilometer (42,000 mile) odometer reading at the time was accurate. A complete cosmetic and mechanical restoration including but not limited to a bare metal refinish, complete rebuild of the engine, the gearbox and the braking systems and a fresh show quality interior and re-veneering of the wood pieces was completed July 2009.   Upon disassembly it was found to have several unique features including factory power windows, map pockets to the backs of the front seats and zippered document pouch to the headliner, all faithfully included in this, its first and only restoration. Elegantly finished in Alpine Grey over Black Garnet with parchment hides, we believe this 2018 Amelia Island Peoples Choice Trophy Winner is by far the finest and perhaps the only left drive example available anywhere in the world. 

Silver Seraph

An extremely elegant, specially equipped example finished Black Sapphire with Magnolia hides, this 10" longer example is equally at home in the hands of its owner or a designated driver for the occasions where the factory champagne cooler in the rear armrest is employed. Its condition, both mechanically and cosmetically is as close to new in every respect as can reasonably be expected after two decades. There are no accidents or other undisclosed issues in its pedigree.  It has been diligently serviced and is well prepared for the enjoyment of its next owner.

Phantom I

Finished in period correct Black lacquer with duotone Beige and Burgundy hides, this unique creation was originally supplied to Lady Irene Dunn of Park Lane, London in October of 1933.  Its pedigree since then is complete and contains an impressive history of its Concours d' Elegance restoration.  It has been currently serviced here in our facility and is an impressive performer, well deserving of our asking price of  $1,300,000.

Phantom Drophead Coupe

Originally commissioned by Abdel Hamid Sawardy Bey of Egypt who defaulted before delivery, this fantastic bespoke automobile was then delivered to the British film actor Sir John Miles on June 24, 1949. It's amazingly complete, fully documented pedigree accompanies the vehicle. Painstakingly restored to its original specifications by ourselves, this remarkable seventy-one year old performer carries an appropriate asking price of  $625,000 plus five percent purchasers premium.

Delivered July 1962 and subsequently sold to the director of the original Superman movie, Richard Donner.  It was converted to left drive in the UK for him before delivery to Los Angeles, California where it was expertly looked after by the most highly regarded marque specialists in that area until Mr. Donners demise. At that time it was acquired from his estate along with its extensiveservice pedigree by our company on December 9, 2021. Though it was in straight, undamaged and uncorroded order, out of respect for Its pedigree and importance as the first of its kind, we elected to bring its mechanical and cosmetic order to its present superb condition.  We believe this to be the finest of necessarily few genuine Silver Cloud III H.J. Mulliner Convertibles available anywhere in the world.

Silver Cloud

1958 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud I James Young Sedanca Coupe# LSFE99 Among the rarest bodies on the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud I chassis this elegant version of the Sedanca Coupe with a patented sliding roof panel over the drivers compartment had become virtually extinct in the post-war era, with James Young the only coachbuilder to offer it on a Rolls-Royce. Just two examples were produced, both for American clients.    Commissioned by Dr. Rudolph A. Light of Nashville, Tennessee, a prominent neuro-surgeon and pharmaceutical heir, the factory build sheets, copies of which accompany the car, note the fitment of automatic transmission and power steering and an original livery of Silver with Green interior. The original engine is still present today. In the 1960s the car was purchased by Dr. Samuel L. Scher, a pioneering New York plastic surgeon and well renown automobile collector.  Over time he would own both of the Sedanca Coupes and had both redesigned to his tastes by the British coachbuilders FLM-Panel craft. The side windows in the roof were blanked off and landau irons added, the rear window was reduced in size, and free-standing Marchal headlights were installed; the body was finished in Reuter Red, a favorite color of Dr. Scher. In the late 1990s it was acquired by a marque specialist, with just 6,553 miles recorded.  The current odometer reading is 6,702. This example remains quite authentic with the exception of a modern Blaupunkt stereo system and boot mounted air conditioning. It is accompanied by 4 cut crystal shot glasses and a pair of flasks, housed within one of the door cubbies along with its hand tools and custom lambs wool overlays.

1961 Phantom V James Young PV55 Two door Touring SaloonThe first of only two ever built#5LBV69  An especially elegant creation first supplied to a Mr. Frank J. Gill of Millbrook, New York on July 9, 1961, this work of art has enjoyed the stewardship of several noted automobile connoisseurs of the era including Mr. William Payson of Southport, Connecticut (1970) Sam Scheer of New York and Palm Beach, Florida (1972), Dr. Erle Heath of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Miami, Florida (1973) and Ray Lutgert of Naples, Florida, (1976). In the late 1980s it was supplied to the noted Mr. B. Laleman of Gent, Belgium and remained with him until late 2006 when it was supplied by the noted Swiss dealer Lukas Huni to the Blackhawk Collection of California for an important collector client.  The extensive 26 years of service files accompany the automobile. It was acquired by ourselves in 2019 in acceptable order but cosmetically somewhat weathered. It has since been upgraded and the mechanical aspects thoroughly prepared to our standards. This remarkable performer is available for inspection and demonstration at your convenience.
