card expiration date. We use this credit card information to verify your name, address,
and other information.

We automatically track certain information about you based upon your behavior on
our site. We use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics,

you next go to (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser you are using,

Our Disclosure of Your Information
Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that
all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information
will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose
information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third
parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.
We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement
or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or
appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property
infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.
Further, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your UserID, name, street address,
city, state, zip code, country, phone number, email, and company to duPontREGISTRY.COM™.
Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy,
we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personally identifiable
information or private communications will remain private.

Advertisers. We do aggregate personally identifiable information, including
statistical analysis of website traffic, and disclose such information in aggregate
to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes. However, in these
situations, we do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used

number, and bank account number, are not disclosed to marketing advertisers in aggregate
at all. duPontREGISTRY respects the privacy of all our customers.

by your cutomer number and/or email address. Our system sets your customer ID as
your email address. In this situation, where you are identified on the Site by your
User ID, you disclose your email address to other users and third parties. As a
result, other users and third parties might send you unsolicited email and be able
to personally identify all of your activities on the Site. Your User ID can be used
to identify you and your activities throughout the Site. We also provide others
a number of ways to allow other users to find more out about you and your site activities,
such as our feature that allows users to quickly see all of your listings at the
time.

Legal Requests. duPontREGISTRY.COM™ cooperates with law enforcement
inquires and other third parties to enforce laws, intellectual property and other
rights.

Suppliers and Other Service Providers. We may use third party Suppliers and
Service Providers to facilitate our services. For example, we may outsource the
operations of one or more aspects of our site to a Supplier or Service Provider
who performs services according to our requirements. In some instances, the Service
Provider may collect information directly from you (such as the situation where
we ask a Service Provider to conduct a survey for us). In these cases, you will
be notified of the involvement of the Supplier or Service Provider, and all information
disclosures you make will be strictly optional. In all cases, we restrict how these
Suppliers and Other Service Providers may access, use and disclose your information.
In general, we do not permit these Suppliers and Other Service Providers to sell
your information to third parties.

By entering into our Participation Agreement, you agree that, with respect to other
user's personally identifiable information that you obtain through the Site or through
an duPontREGISTRY.COM™-related communication or duPontREGISTRY.COM™-facilitated
transaction, duPontREGISTRY.COM™ hereby grants to you a license to use such
information only for: (a) duPontREGISTRY.COM™-related communications that
are not unsolicited commercial messages, (b) using co-branded services offered through
duPontREGISTRY.COM™ (e.g. escrow, insurance, shipping and fraud complaints),
and (c) any other purpose that such user expressly opts into after adequate disclosure
of the purpose(s). In all cases, you must give users an opportunity to remove themselves
from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about
them. In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Section, can
you disclose personally identifiable information about another user to any third
party without our consent and the consent of such other user after adequate disclosure.
Note that law enforcement personnel and other rights holders can be given different
rights with respect to information they access.

duPontREGISTRY.COM™ and our users do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without
limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add a duPontREGISTRY.COM™
user—even a user who has purchased an item from you-to your mail list (email or

The terms applicable to the Email This Item To A Friend service apply to your use
of that service. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not use the service to
send spam.

Control of Your Password
Except as specifically permitted by this section, you may not disclose your duPontREGISTRY.COM™
password to any third parties nor share it with any third parties. If you lose control
of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable
information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf.
Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately
change your password by contacting us. You may, however, disclose your password
to certain third parties with whom duPontREGISTRY.COM™ has entered into specific
contractual and technical arrangements designed to safeguard your password ("Authorized
Password Users"), in order to enjoy the benefits of those third parties' services
in relation to the duPontREGISTRY.COM™ services.

that you disclose your information to other parties, whether they are prospects,

to them. To the extent that we use third party advertisers, they adhere to their
own privacy customs and policies. Since duPontREGISTRY.COM™ does not control
the privacy policies of third parties, you are subject to the privacy customs and
policies of that third party. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose
your personal information to others.
