To keep its artisans busy during the current economic times, Bentley has started them on producing furniture for its factory's office area, dealer showrooms, and—if demand is high enough—for retail. Bentley says it as a way of utilizing the skills of its 140-manned workshop, which has individuals that have been with the company for 45 years, to turn a difficult situation into an advantage.
