The good guy's and bad boy's Lambos

Lamborghini has unveiled two Lamborghinis over the past week. One intended for the bad boys and another designed for the good guys, but both are based off the LP560-4. Of the two Lamborghinis, one is a race-ready Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, the Blancpain Super Trofeo, and the other is the latest addition to the Italian police squad, the Lamborghini Gallardo Polizia.

The Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Blancpain Super Trofeo is intended for those professional racers and race teams. Despite the addition of a roll cage, the limited-edition Gallardo still weighs approximately 500 pounds less than a normal LP. The engine gets a healthy bump in horsepower to a total of 570. You can read our Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Blancpain Super Trofeo overview here.

The other Gallardo released was one donated to the Italian police.  At its heart, the Gallardo Polizia is a normal LP560 outfitted with the latest in apprehension equipment. Even the police lights were aerodynamically designed for higher speeds, so that no criminal can get away. You can read our Lamborghini Gallardo Polizia overview here.
