A 1974 Lamborghini Espada “exploded” in a home in Bloomfield Township, Michigan, resulting in a massive fire that engulfed the home’s downstairs garage and first floor living area. The Lamborghini belonged to the former owner, who had recently closed on the home but was still attempting to move out at the time of the explosion. Lesson: never close on a home until the former owner has moved out.
