Petty’s Garage and Heide Performance Products, HPP, are collaborating to bring 25 Petty Superbird / Dodge Daytona vehicles to the marketplace. The Superbird and Daytona series will be based on the Dodge Challenger SRT8 or R/T platform, and will be offered with a Magnuson Supercharger, which will boost overall power to 600–800-plus hp. The high-performance engine will also receive new custom-designed forged pistons, connecting rods, and crankshaft in order to withstand the nine-plus pounds of boost from the supercharger. In addition to the engine upgrades, the suspension will have adjustable coliovers and anti-roll bars manufactured by Pedders, Brembo’s huge Gran Turismo brakes front and rear, and Pirelli Tires on Forgeline three-piece wheels.

The cost of the base Petty Superbird and Dodge Daytona Package starts at $36,900, not including the cost of the vehicle. It will be available through Petty’s Garage and other select authorized dealers.
