A Mecum Auction in Canal Winchester, Ohio, on November 6, 2010, brought in more than $7 million thanks to Bob McDorman of Bob McDorman Chevrolet’s personal collection of Corvettes. The no-reserve auction brought in more than 1,000 registered bidders and featured nearly 150 automobiles, including what Mecum is calling “the most complete collection of Corvettes ever offered.”
