To make a glass flute explode through sound alone, the sound has to be both powerful (enough volume) and its pitch must perfectly the frequency that is naturally emitted from the flute itself (say when clinked by a fork for a toast). So from this Lexus commercial we can only gather the LFA has been designed to emit the same note at 200 mph that that particular wine glass emits when clinked, except at much larger decibels.
