The first batch of 200 Porsche Panameras are in the United States, but unfortunately delivery is being delayed until the car’s last minute kinks can be ironed out. It seems the cars will be sitting at one of four major ports until mechanics can repair each car’s key and software systems. Each of the 200 owners will be getting a letter in the mail explaining the delay. To make up for the inconvenience, Porsche will be giving every owner a free set of Porsche luggage, which has an estimated value of $3,580. At this writing, it is estimated that 72 of 200 cars have already been repaired. All future repairs will take place at the factory before being shipped out.
