Mercedes-Benz has received 50,000 orders for its 2010 E-class; due to hit dealer showrooms in July. Part of this number can be contributed to the new Mercedes-Benz E-class Coupe, which is replacing the CLK. Although a very promising start, the new E-class will have to sell over 305,000 units in order to beat its own 2003 sales’ figures, the last year a new E-class was introduced.
